At ZAPAKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
